Room Leader- Ducklings Room 1.5yrs-2.5yrs
Chief organiser, den builder & occasional chaos coordinator.
Lead your room with confidence, bring your team with you and create an environment where every child belongs. We’re looking for someone who understands the EYFS and how children learn best — through play, exploration and real life experiences, champions inclusion and knows that sometimes the best learning happens knee-deep in mud, paint or a very questionable-looking potion.
Level 3 SENDCo
Champion of inclusion, individuality & igniting every child’s potential.
Help make sure every child at Dots & Tots has the opportunity to thrive. We’re looking for someone who sees the child before the paperwork, celebrates every kind of progress and works closely with families and practitioners to find the right support. You’ll bring a wealth of experience of SEND practices, documentation and reports, while championing inclusion across the nursery and helping us create an environment where different isn’t just accepted — it’s understood , supported and celebrated by every team member
Nursery Practitioners Level 3
Professional playmaker, imagination igniter & expert at turning everyday moments into life long learning
We’re looking for confident Level 3 practitioners who understand child development, knows the EYFS and can turn everything from a muddy puddle to a cardboard box into an opportunity to learn.
You’ll build strong relationships, support every child as an individual and create an inclusive environment where children feel safe to explore, question, experiment and be completely themselves. Expect messy play, big imaginations, lots of laughter and at least one conversation a day that makes absolutely no sense to anyone over the age of five
Nursery Practitioners Level 2
Chief play partner, little explorer supporter & always ready to get involved
Build warm and important relationships, encourage independence and make sure every child feels included and valued.
From bringing stories to life and leading lively circle times, to chatting about the very important things children have to tell you, you’ll help build communication, confidence and friendships every day.
You’ll encourage children to have a go, make choices, solve little problems and discover just how capable they really are.
There’ll be stories, songs, silliness and plenty of “I did it!” moments along the way.
